We have a little surprise! There may not be any mushrooms in it, but we would like to wish all mushroom fans a Happy Easter with this recipe.

Mix the yeast in lukewarm milk with a third of the sugar then knead together thoroughly with the rest of the ingredients.
Put the dough in a warm place and let it rise.
After about 40 minutes when the dough has risen well, knead it again and „braid” it. Let it rest again and then spread egg yolk on top.
Preheat the oven to 180°C and bake for 45 minutes until it is a beautiful brown color.
