Sauté the onion in a little oil. Add the minced pork, salt and pepper. Stir constantly until the meat begins to fall apart evenly. (At the beginning it will lump together.) Then add a little water so it doesn’t burn. Add the sweet paprika and chop in the tomato. Peel the tomato for the best consistency. Cook for about 20-25 minutes until tender. Stir frequently and replenish the water as necessary. Meanwhile clean the mushrooms and remove the stems. Fill the raw mushrooms and brush the top with sour cream. Grate over the cheese. Bake on a grill tray in a preheated oven until golden brown.
