Great breakfast in winter and summer, it always brings sunshine to our life!

  • Prep Time : 10 minutes
  • Cook Time : 15 minutes



Cut the mushrooms in half horizontally and cut tomato slices. Fry the chopped garlic in a heated pan with some oil, then throw on the bread slices and tumbler them.

n the same oil, bake both side of the mushroom and tomato slices for 1-1 minutes.

Put the pesto on the bread then the mushroom and tomato slices.

To finish the breakfast, strew with some parmesan.
