Chanterrelle has a little bit spicy, pepper-like taste but suring cooking it decreases.

Prepare the chanterelles and sauté in a little oil.
Prepare the salad dressing. Mix the sesame oil with the sweet and spicy chilli sauces, the toasted sesame seeds and the finely chopped spring onions.
Add the chick peas, the mushrooms, the prawns and the finely chopped coriander. You can replace the chanterelles with other mushrooms.
