Cream of mushroom soup with celeriac

If winter and cold are coming, we need some warming up for our body and soul. This easy and quick creamy  mushroom soup is perfect for this. It contains celeriac to make it more funny. This is a light soup, the taste of the mushroom and celeriac gives you a harmonic and pleasant experience. It is recommended in warm form for those who has cold! 🙂

Instructions

Chop the vegetables finely and fry in a little oil. Pour in the stock or water, add salt, pepper and herbs to taste, and bring to the boil. When the vegetables are soft, blend the soup with a hand blender.

Serve with croutons, fried bacon bits, grated cheese or with cubes of feta cheese.
