As we need only two ingredients, I cannot imagine easier breakfast! 🙂 Portobello mushroom is a brown button mushroom grown bigger by a special production technology. It has more intensive taste, it is a unique mushroom! 

  • Prep Time : 10 minutes
  • Cook Time : 10 minutes



Carefully break the egg into the open mushroom cap so the yolk stays whole. Salt to taste. Bake in a pre-heated oven at 200-220 °C.
