Cut the pork fillets into 1.5 cm strips. Season with salt and pepper, then fry both sides in a little oil. Remove from the pan.
Salt and pepper the mushrooms and slice the button mushrooms into strips 2 cm wide. Finely chop the garlic.
Toss the garlic in the oil remaining in the pan, then add the mushrooms and fry on both sides till golden.
Serve with fresh salad.
