Light spring dish: unique king oyster mushroom, wild garlic and asparagus.

Cut the mushrooms into vertical slices, fry both sides in a pan with some oil. In the meantime add the chopped garlic and the half-cut cocktail tomatoes and fry them ready.
Simmer the cleaned asparagus and prepare the wild garlic sauce: mix the flour woth the cooking cream, if desired, add some water.
Sprinkle the wild garlic in oil, season it, pepper it and add the flour and cream mix. Continue for a few minutes.
Serve the vegetables and the mushroom with this sauce in small bowls.
