Grilled tenderloin with mushrooms on rosemary stalks

A special dish which you can prepare not only in summer in the grill but in winter as well you can cheer up the cold nights! Mostly that all the ingredients are available in the whole year!
This is an easy and great recipe.

Ingredients
- button mushrooms - 700-1000 g
- tenderloin cut into small cubes - 1
- onions - 2-3
- rosemary stalks - 15
- garlic - 2-3 cloves
- yoghurt - 300-400 ml
- dill - 1 bunch
- grape seed oil, salt, pepper
Instructions
Skewer the quartered mushrooms, tenderloin cubes and quartered onions on the rosemary stalks. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and grape seed oil and place on the grill.
While the skewers are grilling, prepare the salad. Thinly slice the fresh cabbage and add salt, pepper and crushed garlic. Mix the finely chopped dill with the yoghurt and pour over the cabbage. This simple, tasty salad is a perfect accompaniment to the grilled skewers.
