Grilled tenderloin with mushrooms on rosemary stalks

A special dish which you can prepare not only in summer in the grill but in winter as well you can cheer up the cold nights! Mostly that all the ingredients are available in the whole year! 

This is an easy and great recipe.

Put the quartered mushrooms, the cube-cut tenderloin and the quartered onion on the rosemary stalks. Add salt and pepper, then sprinkle with grape seed oil and place on the grill. While the skewers are grilled, we prepare a light salad: cut the fresh cabbage into small strips.

Add some salt, pepper, the pressed garlic and the finely chopped dill to the yogurt and roll the sliced cabbage roll into it.

Serve the grilled skewers with this simple, but very tasty salad.
