Lamb is basic on Easter and with this special mushroom and sprouts salad you will have success!
- Prep Time : 20 minutes
- Cook Time : 30 minutes
Make a marinade from the olive oil, finely chopped rosemary, salt, pepper and crushed garlic. Leave the rib slices in the marinade overnight.
Steam the sprouts and mushrooms and then add salt and pepper. Toss in olive oil before serving. Grill the meat for 5-6 minutes on both sides.
Serve with the freshly made mushroom and sprouts.
