A mediterranian pasta with fresh crunchy vegetables!

Fry the sliced mushrooms in a little oil for 3 to 4 minutes. Add the broccoli broken into small florets, and cook until the broccoli is tender.
Remove the head and shell of the prawns, then slice down the back with a sharp knife to remove the intestines. Fry in a little oil until they become pale (1-2 minutes). After preparing prawns weigh half the amount. If your prawns are already cooked, remove the shell and intestines. You can tell if the prawns are cooked or not by the colour. Raw prawns are grey, cooked prawns are pink.
In another frying pan toss the prawns in oil for a couple of minutes. Add crushed garlic, salt and pepper. Mix with the broccoli and mushrooms. Serve the sauce over cooked spaghetti and top with grated cheese.
