Excellent when you are expecting company. Dare to add new flavors to this traditional favorite.

  • Prep Time : 1h 30 min
  • Cook Time : 20 minutes



Knead the ingredients of the dough together with the yeast mixed with milk and sugar.

Mix in the finely chopped, seared mushrooms (make sure they do not contain much water) and the chopped wild garlic.

Let the dough rise, form it and bake.
