No grill without mushroom burger! This is a version withour meat so vegetarian can also eat it! Ingredients are per person!

Make a marinade from salt, pepper, garlic, olive oil. Take the turkey breast slices into the marinade and grill them in a heated pan on each side.
In the residual oil grill for 1 minute the sliced Portobello, zucchini and the inside of the hamburger buns.
Fill the buns with the grilled meat and vegetables and you can enrich with fresh lettuce, tomato and onion slices as well.
To taste you can flavor it with mustard and ketchup!
