This salty muffin will take everybody their feet off!

- Cook Time : 25 minutes
Finely dice the mushrooms and fry without oil.
Mix the flour with salt, pepper and baking powder. In another bowl mix the milk, eggs and olive oil, then add to the flour mixture.
Mix well together before adding the tarragon, Parmesan and mushrooms.
Spoon the mixture into muffin trays and bake in a pre-heated oven (200°C) for around 25 minutes.
