A special strudel boosted with some mushroom.

Steam the sliced button mushrooms. Add salt, pepper and pressed garlic to taste. Cut squares 10x10 cm from the strudel pastry. Brush with oil, arrange the mushrooms (and spinach if desired) and roll up.
Brush the strudels with egg yolk. Bake in a pre-heated oven (200 °C) for 10-15 minutes.
200 grams of strudel pastry makes 9-10 rolls. Each roll needs 2-3 dessertspoons of cooked mushrooms.
Excellent with blue cheese sauce. To prepare, mix grated blue cheese into 200-300 ml plain yoghurt and if necessary add salt to taste.
