Salt the mushrooms and cut them into strips 1,5 cm wide.
To make the beer batter mix together the lager, flour and egg.Make sure the ingredients are cold!
Dip the mushroom pieces into the thick batter and fry in hot oil until golden brown.
Serve with a variety of sauces such as sweet chili sauce or tartar sauce. Best eaten immediately.
