During New Year's Eve it is indispensable to make aspic but if we don't have time, try this recipe!

Cook the mushrooms in boiling water, drain and allow to dry. If necessary, cut in half or into quarters. Cook the broccoli (so it remains bright green).
Prepare the jelly from the aspic powder. When making the aspic it is best to press the garlic into the boiling water. Make slightly more jelly than necessary as it is easier to discard than to make a new lot. As the photos show, you can try different ways: in glass dishes or silicon forms that you turn out the following day when set. Prettily arrange the mushrooms and broccoli in the desired proportion, and then spoon over the liquid aspic.
This will be perfectly solid the next day. Serve with horseradish mayonnaise. You can use cauliflower instead of broccoli. In this case add parsley between the vegetables to decorate.
