The easiest and best snack for guests during Christmas! For this dish use very small mushrooms or mushrooms 4-5 cm in diameter.

Quarter the larger mushrooms or leave small mushrooms whole, cook in boiling water for 3-4 minutes and drain well.
Place in a bowl and pour over the olive oil mixed with salt, pepper, herbs (chives, parsley, coriander).
Serve in small dishes decorated with lemon slices and olives.
