Omelet with mushrooms and wild garlic

Makes for an excellent and filling brunch on a spring weekend.

Ingredients are given per person.

  • Prep Time : 10 minutes
  • Cook Time : 10 minutes

Instructions

Sear mushrooms for a few minutes in a little oil and add salt. Add the herbs and pour in the beaten and salted eggs. Cook then serve immediately.

Makes for an excellent and filling brunch on a spring weekend.
