Simple Italian pasta with special cheese.

Sauté the sliced mushrooms in a little oil. Drain off some of the liquid if too much is released. Mix the flour into the cream and add to the mushrooms. Add salt and pepper to taste, stir well and bring to a simmer. Add the crumbled Gorgonzola cheese.
Cook the penne in salted water and steam the broccoli so it retains its vibrant green colour.
Serve the pasta and the broccoli with the mushroom sauce.
