When after the heavy Christmas meals we would like a little bit lighter and to relieve our stomach this salad is the best! 

  • Prep Time : 10 minutes
  • Cook Time : 10 minutes

Instructions

Cut into slices the raw portobello mushroom, the mozzarella and the tomato and put them alternating in a circle on a plate. Add some salt, pepper, sprinkle it with lemon and put some basil on the top.
