It is rare to make a stew from mushroom but it is worth to make it because it is delicious!

Marinate the loin in salt, pepper and mustard. Dijon mustard is best.
Place the loin in an ovenproof dish with a lid and roast in a preheated oven (200 °C).
Before the meat becomes tender, add the finely diced mushrooms and vegetables for about half an hour of simmering. Carve the cooked meat.
Add a little mustard, salt and pepper to the vegetables and meat juices.
Serve the mushroom sauce with the meat and offer with bread dumplings or potato croquettes.
