Roast turkey legs with mushrooms and white cabbage

If you has really very little time but you want a real Christmas food on the table, this is the best choice!

Instructions

Put salt and pepper on the turkey legs, then put them in an oil-greased heatproof bowl. Add the sliced red onion, the garlic cloves and the chopped rosemary. Cover them and bake in a 180 degree preheated oven for about one and half an hour until golden brown.

While the meat is in the owen, we prepare the garnish. Grate the half head white cabbage, add cumin, salt and a little brown sugar on them. Steam for 20 minutes, then sprinkle it with 2-3 tablespoons of balsamic vinegar.

We make a marinade for mushrooms from grape seed oil, salt, pepper, a package of sliced green onions, chopped 2 cloves of garlic, mix it and add the sliced mushrooms. Place the mushrooms in a heat-resistant bowl and bake it approx. for 20 minutes in the owen.
