Steamed red cabbage and oyster mushroom are great garnish which are excellent for any kind of meat!

Mix the marinade from rosemary, tarragon, oil, salt, pepper. Marinate the turkey breast and insert the garlic into the meat. Roast in an ovenproof dish for 1-1.5 hours until nicely browned.
While the turkey is cooking, prepare the steamed cabbage. Grate the cabbage and fry in a little oil and water with the peeled and sliced apples. Add salt, a little sugar, caraway and a dash of wine vinegar near the end of cooking.
Wash the oyster mushrooms, slice and fry in oil with salt and pepper for about 6-7 minutes. Add crushed garlic. Garnish with finely chopped parsley before serving.
