Salmon fillet with mushroom rice on a bed of asparagus

Another Spring recipe with asparagus now with salmon! Of course button mushroom can't be missed!  

  • Prep Time : 15 minutes
  • Cook Time : 30 minutes

Ingredients

Instructions

Cook the rice.

Dice the mushrooms finely and fry in a little oil, drain and add to the rice.

Salt and pepper the salmon steaks and fry both sides in a little oil, or grill.

Steam the asparagus for 3-4 minutes so it stays slightly crunchy and very tasty.
