Salmon fillet with truffle

  • Prep Time : 15 minutes
  • Cook Time : 30 minutes

Ingredients

Instructions

Salt and pepper the salmon steaks and fry both sides in a little oil or grill.

Steam the rice.

Brush the truffles carefully to clean and just before serving grate over the salmon and the rice.

Serve with steamed seasonal vegetables or a freshly mixed salad
