Fresh cultivated mushrooms and the fresh spring flavors of wild garlic and scallions.

Sear the finely chopped scallions and diced bacon on a little oil. Add the chopped assorted mushrooms and dehydrated vegetables, add salt and pepper and continue to cook.
Sprinkle in some flour and add water. If you are using bouillon cubes add them only after you have added the water.
Cook and add the finely chopped wild garlic toward the end.
Serve to taste with fresh bread and sour cream.
