In the spring asparagus season we can boost the steamed asparagus with some exotic mushroom!

- Cook Time : 15 minutes
Steam the asparagus. Slice the mushrooms and sauté in a little oil.
Add salt, pepper and crushed garlic.
Place the cooked mushrooms on the drained asparagus, sprinkle with the finely chopped herbs (fresh coriander, parsley, chives) and grated Gorgonzola cheese.
