Remove the stalks, wash the mushrooms and put in a bowl. Prepare the filling. Use a fork to mix together the cream cheese, sour cream, feta, ewe cheese, cottage cheese, garlic, herbs and olive oil. Fill the mushrooms with the cheese mixture and grill. Serve with a green salad.
Portobello mushrooms, the open large button mushrooms, can also be sliced thickly and grilled. They are best if first marinated a little in olive oil and herbs of your choice.
