Slice the turkey breast fillets thinly, salt and roll up with a prune inside. Use a cocktail stick to secure. Fry in a little oil with some water. Add the remaining prunes to the pan with some red wine. Put in the sliced mushrooms and cook until the prunes thicken the red wine and mushroom sauce. Serve with steamed rice or potato croquettes.
