Turkey medallions with Scotch bonnet mushrooms

A wild mushroom dish which is one of the most popular ones. It has light white coffee colour and clove-smell.

  • Prep Time : 20 minutes
  • Cook Time : 20 minutes



Mix the crushed garlic into the olive oil and add the finely chopped herbs (parsley, coriander, chives), salt and pepper. Toss the meat in the mixture and fry quickly on both sides.

Remove the meat and stir the well-washed mushrooms in the remaining oil for 2-3 minutes.

When ready garnish with fresh herbs and serve immediately.
