Vitamin D mushroom against ill

Several scientific research carried out in recent years in the United States has repeatedly shown that vitamin D is an excellent means of medicine in the fight against various cancers. The appropriate intake of vitamin D can be the effective method of preventing and treating cancer and many other serious diseases.

In a research the effect of vitamin D was examined on nearly 1,200 women after the climax and found out that the supply of vitamin D intake with calcium supplement has reduced the likelihood of the development of breast cancer by more than 60%.

In most part of the world, as well as in Hungary, we can say that the majority of the population suffers from vitamin D deficiency. This deficiency disease can cause many other serious diseases. It is well known that the occurrence of the following diseases can be significantly reduced by supply of very small daily amount of vitamin D:

  • osteoporosis,
  • diabetes,
  • cancer: for example colon cancer, prostate cancer, breast cancer,
  • heart and vascular system problems,
  • rickets,
  • rheumatic problems.

Providing the missing vitamin D to our bodies has two ways: on one hand with sunbathing ( at least 10 minutes daily of at least on the 30% of the body) and with proper nutrition. Vitamin D is found in highest concentrations in marine fish (salmon, mackerel, sardines, cod) in egg yolk, beef liver and of course in the mushroom.

As has been shown in recent years, the vitamin D content of mushrooms can be multiplied thanks to an excellent research. Among the “vegetables”, cultivated mushroom is the only one which contains small quantities of vitamin D2 and in greater quantity ergosterol, so using UV light treatment the vitamin D2 content can be multiplied. In the mushroom a similar process occurs like the sun does on our skin, because of UV light, vitamin D is produced. Regarding to the natural, chemical structure of this vitamin D excess, it is equivalent to vitamin D2 synthesized by other plants. In this way, we can achieve a considerable development of our vitamin D budget if we eat mushroom 2-3 times a week.

So eat often, at least three times a week, 100 grams of cultivated mushrooms and sunbath consciously in order to maintain our health and consume vitamin D-containing animal products and food supplements!
