Wild garlic mushroom cream

In spring one of the first domestic vegetables is wild garlic which fits perfectly to button mushroom!



Cut the mushrooms finely, sauté lightly and drain. Chop the ramsons finely. Blend the ewe cheese, ramsons and mushrooms with a hand blender to make a cream.

Fill de-seeded cocktail tomatoes and rolls from sliced ham or cheese, but it is also delicious on toast.
